Nhangattiri Bhagavathy temple is working under malabar devaswom board. Pootham kulam also called maayarkkara Illam(House of namboothiri) which is located in malappuram district have the heredity trustee rank. Four trustees who are selecting from temple devotees and the Devaswom board executive officer will have the temple Administration responsibility. Temple finance calculation done by the kerala government local fund audit. Right now nearly 15 permanent members are working in temple. For the administrative convenience temple office have been computerized.

Navarathri Sangeetholsavam
 

Navarathri festival (a festival to propitiate durga and saraswathi for, nine days in October) is celebrating every year in Nhangattiri Bhagavathy temple with all its rites. During Navarathri festival, conducting programs like lalitha sahasranaama lakshaarchana, vishnu sahasranaama lakshaarchana, Musical festivals, dance programs, dramatic narration by Chakyar, Ottan Thullal, Instrumental musical fest and Navaavarana kruthikal etc...Every year more than 100 children's have been participate in the temple musical festival.
